Infant Teacher
Patient, gentle, and always wearing a smile, there is a quiet warmth about Teacher Dirah that children naturally gravitate towards. With three years of experience caring for little ones, she finds the greatest joy in the unexpected moments when a child wraps their arms around her for a hug. In her free time, she has always enjoyed drawing architectural plans, a hobby that reflects the same patience, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail she brings into caring for every child.
Mandarin & Toddler Teacher
Teacher Elise has spent the past four years bringing creativity into the classroom, especially through art and craft activities that she enjoys exploring alongside the children. Some of her favourite moments are a spontaneous hug, or simply an "I love you" from the children. She also enjoys celebrating special occasions with the team, creating memories that extend beyond the classroom. Outside of work, she loves travelling and discovering new cafes wherever she goes.
Toddler Teacher
A gentle presence comes naturally to Teacher Intan, and so does her love for being around children. Passionate about teaching, she approaches each day with a hardworking, independent, and creative mindset, believing that every moment is an opportunity to learn alongside the children. When she is not in the classroom, she enjoys hiking to recharge and is grateful for the supportive team that makes each day at work even more meaningful.
Toddler Teacher
Teacher Lia has both a playful sense of humour and a firm approach, but it is her caring nature that keeps children coming back for hugs, conversations, and plenty of smiles. One of her favourite moments so far has been watching the children grow from little observers into confident little conversationalists. She believes children thrive when they are guided with both love and clear boundaries, and nothing brightens her day more than their unexpected dance moves during music time.
Infant Team Leader
Calm and steady by nature, Teacher Mar has spent the past 8 years caring for young children. Nothing makes her smile more than seeing children happily run towards her or brighten up when they see her. When she is not with the little ones, she enjoys baking, cooking, and keeping active with badminton or jogging. And if you ask her what she looks forward to most, it is often the simple, happy chaos of spending time with her team.
Infant Teacher
Teacher Nani is patient in the quietest ways, never easily bothered even when little ones are grumpy, messy, or simply having a difficult moment. What she enjoys most is having those small interactions with children that slowly build trust and comfort. She has always loved animals too, carrying that same gentle care in how she looks after her own cat and raccoon at home. Outside the classroom, she enjoys baking sweet treats and joining in team events that bring everyone together.
Assistant Principal
With 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Teacher Siti is known for being patient, outgoing, and always ready to lend a helping hand. One of her favourite moments each day is welcoming children and chatting with parents, believing that these conversations help everyone better understand and support each child. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading novels and treasures opportunities to create memories with her team.
Centre Team Lead
Teacher Waheda is the kind of person who brings a steady confidence into a room without needing to say much. With 11 years of experience in early childhood care, she has been a good listener, patient, and surprisingly fun once you get to know her, often balancing serious moments with light-hearted humour. To her, the best part of work is not just the children, but also growing together with her team through both the ups and downs, turning everyday work into shared memories.
Cook & Helper
Kak Jue always greets warmly with a smile that people naturally remember. She is patient, caring, and takes pride in preparing meals for the children and teachers each day. For her, the most rewarding moments are simple - seeing children finish their food happily, knowing they enjoy what she has prepared, and also spending time together with the team. Outside of work, she enjoys both travelling and spending time in her own space as a homemaker.
Senior Operational Manager
As one of the very first teachers to join Casa Bambini, Aisyah has grown alongside the centre over the years, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Loving, thoughtful, and firm when needed, she believes that the best environments are built through teamwork, trust, and people who are willing to support one another. No matter how busy her day gets, the simple gesture of a child reaching out for a hug never fails to brighten it.
Founder
Natalie’s journey inspired her creation of Casa Bambini with a simple belief: Children deserve a childhood filled with care, trust, and genuine human connection. Over the past 10 years, she has remained patient, calm and deeply passionate about early childhood, and she finds the greatest fulfilment in hearing parents say they made the right choice in placing their trust in the team. Outside of the centre, she enjoys cooking and gardening, and believes that something as simple as a good night's rest is often the key to bringing positive energy into each new day.
