Infant Teacher

Teacher Aina's bubbly personality and caring nature make it easy for children to feel comfortable around her. Loving and responsible, she enjoys watching babies explore the world around them or toddlers break into their wonderfully unexpected dances. One of the most meaningful parts of her work is knowing that parents recognise and appreciate the care she gives to their children. Outside the classroom, she enjoys taking relaxing walks in the park and discovering good food.

Toddler Teacher

Being around babies has always brought Teacher Asyi the greatest joy. Energetic and outgoing, she brings a cheerful presence into the classroom while creating a warm space for the little ones. Nothing brightens her day more than a hug or cuddle from a child, reminding her of the trust and bond they have built together. She also treasures team bonding moments that bring everyone together through conversations, games, and shared feelings.

Infant Teacher

There is a quiet warmth in the way Teacher Lina connects with children. Soft-spoken yet always willing to lend a helping hand, she enjoys being someone her team can rely on. What she appreciates most is being in an environment where leaders are approachable, the team works closely together, and everyone feels supported. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places whenever she gets the chance. A simple tea break is often her favourite way to slow things down.

Infant Teacher

Teacher Syieda has a natural way of building connections with children with her 5-year experience. She enjoys being present in the little moments that help children feel supported and sharing their excitement throughout the day. One of the most rewarding parts of her journey is witnessing their progress, especially when they are able to do something they were once learning or practising. Outside of work, she loves relaxing with console games as her way to unwind.

Toddler Teacher

Being around children has a way of making worries feel lighter for Teacher Teha. Through her journey in early childhood care, she has found that children have not only taught her patience, but also reminded her to appreciate the simple moments in each day. Fun, responsible, and firm when needed, she believes in guiding children with both care and consistency. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through sports like badminton and pickleball.

Asst. Toddler Teacher

Teacher Ziesya began her journey in early childhood care as her first professional experience, and she quickly found joy in connecting with children. Naturally funny, happy-go-lucky, and efficient in the way she works, she brings a lively energy into the classroom while staying attentive to the children's needs. To her, those unexpected moments that come throughout the day are extremely recharging, whether it is a sudden hug or a child inviting her to play.

Toddler Teacher

With six years of experience in early childhood care, Ziqah finds the greatest meaning in witnessing children’s progress. Easygoing and flexible in approaching situations, her patience often shines through the silly ways children respond to her guidance, which never fails to make her laugh and feel recharged. Beyond caring for children, she also enjoys reading novels, watching movies, and creating meaningful moments with her team through activities, trips, and decorations.

Senior Operational Manager

As one of the very first teachers to join Casa Bambini, Aisyah has grown alongside the centre over the years, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Loving, thoughtful, and firm when needed, she believes that the best environments are built through teamwork, trust, and people who are willing to support one another. No matter how busy her day gets, the simple gesture of a child reaching out for a hug never fails to brighten it.

Founder

Natalie’s journey inspired her creation of Casa Bambini with a simple belief: Children deserve a childhood filled with care, trust, and genuine human connection. Over the past 10 years, she has remained patient, calm and deeply passionate about early childhood, and she finds the greatest fulfilment in hearing parents say they made the right choice in placing their trust in the team. Outside of the centre, she enjoys cooking and gardening, and believes that something as simple as a good night's rest is often the key to bringing positive energy into each new day.
