Assistant Principal
Inspired by her mother, who has also spent years in the early childhood industry, Teacher Adrin has always seen this as more than just a career. Being fun, protective, and a good listener, she enjoys creating meaningful moments not only with children, but also by bringing people together through team activities and bonding trips. Even after a long day, spending a quiet moment on her own or seeing a baby's smile is often enough to brighten her day.

Toddler Teacher
Teacher Aifa has been growing up with younger siblings at home, so being around children has always felt natural to her. Naturally happy-go-lucky, spontaneous and fun, she brings a lively energy into the toddler classroom that children are drawn to. One of her favourite moments is when a child chooses to stick close to her, simply wanting her attention and comfort. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to rock music, and also values quiet moments to recharge and reset.

Toddler Teacher
A soft heart has always guided Teacher Ain in the way she cares for children. With over six years of experience, she has grown to appreciate how every child expresses themselves in their own unique ways. To her, caring for children feels very natural, almost like an extension of who she is. Her happiest moments at work come from being part of a supportive and transparent team, where everyone grows together in a positive and respectful environment.

Asst. Toddler Teacher
Teacher Airin brings a cheerful and bubbly energy wherever she goes, with a nurturing side that naturally shines through, especially around babies. She enjoys the simple joy of being with children, often singing with them and sharing in their little moments of happiness throughout the day. One of the things she enjoys most is seeing happy children engaged and comfortable in their environment. Outside the classroom, she has a sweet passion for baking, especially cakes.

Toddler Teacher
If you spend a little time around Teacher Alisya, you will quickly notice her soft-spoken way of being with children. She often finds the most meaning in simple moments like a child reaching out for a hug. With five years of experience in early childhood education, she is passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow at their own pace. She also enjoys being part of a warm and connected team, especially during small celebrations, trips, and casual time spent together.

Toddler Team Leader
Teacher Amirah is often the first to greet others with a warm smile. With years of experience in babysitting and early childhood care, she enjoys getting to know different personalities along the way. While she can be firm when needed, she is also easy to connect with and deeply caring at heart. One of her happiest moments is witnessing children grow in confidence, especially as she herself has grown more confident in guiding and supporting the team over time.

Infant Teacher
Over 8 years in the early childhood industry, Teacher Anis is guided by a steady love for working with children. One of her favourite moments is the quiet comfort of cuddling a child, where trust is felt in the simplest way. She also enjoys stepping out for external events and spending time with the team, where bonds are strengthened beyond the classroom. To her, being in a supportive environment where both children and teachers are valued makes the work feel even more meaningful.

Toddler Teacher
Teacher Aqilah was inspired by her English teacher, and that spark slowly grew into a genuine passion for teaching. In her three years of experience, she has developed a caring yet firm approach, always guiding children with both warmth and clear boundaries. She finds the most joy in seeing children improve over time, no matter how small the progress may seem. In her day-to-day work, she feels recharged through simple moments like casual chats with the team.

Infant Teacher
There is a gentle steadiness to Teacher Dila that naturally puts children at ease. With over 10 years of experience working with children, she is known for being responsible, someone who approaches each child with patience and sincerity. What matters deeply to her is being part of a team built on openness and mutual support, where communication is transparent and everyone helps one another.

Infant Team Leader
Teacher Izzah has always been open to exploring new opportunities. With her willingness to adapt and improve, she found herself growing within early childhood care for over four years now. One of the main reasons she continues in this journey is the supportive culture and leadership that make her feel grounded and valued. For her, the simplest yet most meaningful moment is always a child’s smile that quietly reminds her why she stays.

Cook & Helper
Kak Izan has always been quietly making sure things run smoothly while keeping an eye out for the children. She loves preparing meals for the children, which she does with care and attentiveness. Outside of work, she enjoys decorating her home, while also appreciating moments of rest to recharge. For her, this role is also a way to gain new experiences while being part of the children’s everyday world.

Senior Operational Manager
As one of the very first teachers to join Casa Bambini, Aisyah has grown alongside the centre over the years, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Loving, thoughtful, and firm when needed, she believes that the best environments are built through teamwork, trust, and people who are willing to support one another. No matter how busy her day gets, the simple gesture of a child reaching out for a hug never fails to brighten it.

Founder
Natalie’s journey inspired her creation of Casa Bambini with a simple belief: Children deserve a childhood filled with care, trust, and genuine human connection. Over the past 10 years, she has remained patient, calm and deeply passionate about early childhood, and she finds the greatest fulfilment in hearing parents say they made the right choice in placing their trust in the team. Outside of the centre, she enjoys cooking and gardening, and believes that something as simple as a good night's rest is often the key to bringing positive energy into each new day.
